GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LPL CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Welcome to the very private circle of Le Petit Lunetier! The LPL Club is our premium loyalty program designed to offer you exclusive benefits throughout the year, whether you shop from your sofa or in one of our stores.
These conditions define how your membership works. By joining the LPL Club, you accept the rules of the game below.
Article 1: Purpose of the LPL Club
The LPL Club is an omnichannel exclusive benefits program (valid on the lepetitlunetier.com website and in all Le Petit Lunetier physical stores in France). Membership is dematerialized: no more plastic cards cluttering your wallet, your email address and phone number are your only keys to entry.
Article 2: How to join the Club?
Membership in the LPL Club is open to any adult natural person. You can unlock your member status in two ways:

Online: By selecting the "LPL Club" delivery option when validating your cart on our website.

In-Store: When purchasing a specific accessory eligible for the LPL Club program in one of our 17 physical stores.
As soon as your purchase is validated, your member status is activated almost instantly on the purchase channel, and synchronized the next morning on all our other channels.
Article 3: Superpowers (Your Benefits)
Throughout your membership, you benefit from the following privileges:

⚡ -10% immediate discount on EVERYTHING: Valid on our entire catalog (frames, lenses, accessories), in-store and online. And yes, this discount can be combined with our other ongoing promotional offers!

📦 Free Delivery: Shipping costs are offered for any delivery to a Relay Point for your orders on our website.
Note: To take advantage of your benefits online, you must log in or place an order using the email address used during your membership.
Article 4: Duration and Renewal
Your LPL Club membership is valid for a period of one (1) year, date to date, from your registration.

No unpleasant surprises: The subscription does not automatically renew (no tacit renewal).

As the expiration date approaches, we will send you a small reminder by email to suggest you extend the adventure. Without action on your part, your LPL CLUB member benefits will simply be deactivated on the anniversary date.
Article 5: Conditions of Use and Fraud
LPL Club status is strictly personal and non-transferable. It is linked to your email address and/or your phone number. Le Petit Lunetier reserves the right to verify the member's identity in-store. In case of abusive, fraudulent use (for example, sharing your credentials with third parties so that they benefit from your discounts) or behavior harmful to the brand, Le Petit Lunetier reserves the right to immediately and without notice deactivate your LPL Club account, without any refund being claimed.
Article 6: Personal Data
To make the magic of the LPL Club work (and recognize you at the checkout without a physical card), we must process your email address, your phone number, and the history of your membership date. This data is processed in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data by contacting our customer service at contact@lepetitlunetier.com (Please note that deleting your data will result in the loss of your Club benefits).
Article 7: Modification of Conditions
Le Petit Lunetier reserves the right to modify the benefits or conditions of use of the LPL Club at any time. Any substantial modification will be communicated to you by email. If the program is permanently discontinued, you will retain your benefits until the expiration date of your current year.
