Le Petit Lunetier's sponsorship program aims to reward our ambassador customers while introducing their friends and family to our brand. By participating in this program, the Sponsor and the Referral unconditionally accept these terms and conditions.
1. How does the Sponsorship Program Work?

For the Sponsor: Any customer who has made at least one purchase automatically receives a personal referral code by email the day after their order.

For the Referral: By using their Sponsor's code, the Referral benefits from an immediate €10 discount on their first purchase.

The Reward: For each validated first purchase by a Referral, the Sponsor receives a €10 credit in their personal wallet.
2. Conditions for the Sponsor

Number of sponsorships: A sponsor can refer up to 5 new customers maximum.

Wallet: The maximum cumulative amount in the wallet is capped at €50.

Use of vouchers: Discount vouchers (KDO-XXXX type) from the wallet must be used in a single transaction. They are not divisible: if the purchase amount is less than the voucher's value, the remaining balance is permanently lost.

Validity: Vouchers are valid for 1 year. This period is renewed with each new purchase made by the Sponsor.

Combination: Sponsor discount vouchers can be used directly in-store.
3. Conditions for the Referral

Eligibility: The program is strictly reserved for new customers whose email address is not yet registered in our database.

"Inactive Customer" Exception: A former customer who has not made a purchase for more than 3 years is considered a new customer and can benefit from the sponsorship offer.

Referral Offer: The code (LPL-XXXX type) offers a €10 discount with no minimum purchase.

Combination: The sponsorship offer can be combined with the current BOGO (Buy One Get One) offer.

Becoming a Sponsor: After their first purchase, the Referral in turn receives their own code to refer friends and family.
4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Non-refundable: No purchase made, even partially, with a sponsorship discount voucher can be subject to a monetary refund.

Exchange: Exchange is only possible for an amount equal to or greater than the initial purchase.

Single use: A discount voucher used during a purchase cannot be re-credited under any circumstances, even in the event of a product return.
5. Fight against Fraud and Abuse

Self-sponsorship prohibited: It is strictly forbidden to sponsor oneself (for example, by using a different email address). An automatic verification system is in place to detect and block any attempt at fraud.

Validation: Le Petit Lunetier reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Sponsor and the Referral before the final validation of the sale in-store or online.

Sanctions: Any abusive manipulation of the program will result in the immediate cancellation of acquired benefits and may lead to the suspension of the customer account.
