- Have a prescription less than 5 years old
- Not having received a reimbursement for glasses during the current calendar year (according to your health insurance contract, to be checked)
All health insurance companies are eligible.
You will receive by email the treatment sheet to send to social security and the paid invoice to send to the health insurance company.
