Below, you will find all our guarantees, valid for purchases made on our website lepetitlunetier.com, or in all our Le Petit Lunetier stores.

WARRANTIES ON OUR FRAMES

Our frames are guaranteed for 1 year (from the date of purchase).

In case of accidental breakage, the warranty applies to the replacement of the damaged part or component.
For example: if a temple has been bent or broken, we will change the temple, the same for a nose pad, a hinge, etc.
The frame can only be changed if a non-replaceable element breaks.
To get your frame replaced or repaired, email us at contact@lepetitlunetier.com with photos detailing your issue.

After one year, if the frame needs to be changed, it must be paid for in full. After one year, subject to availability, we can replace temples, nose pads, screws, hinges, and non-prescription lenses (blue light filtering or sunglasses) free of charge. No time limit.

If prescription lenses have been fitted by another optician on your Le Petit Lunetier frame, it is no longer covered by the warranty. If it needs to be replaced entirely, this cannot be done free of charge.

WARRANTIES ON OUR PRESCRIPTION LENSES

Prescription lenses are not guaranteed, as they are custom-made.

In case of loss, breakage, or scratching, a deductible will be requested for the replacement of the lens(es). The amount of the deductible will be determined based on the lens(es) to be replaced.

In case of a change in prescription, the lenses cannot be changed free of charge: the new pair of lenses must be paid for in full.

PROGRESSIVE LENS ADAPTATION WARRANTY

You have up to one month after the purchase date to notify us that you are not comfortable with your progressive lenses. After this period, the lenses cannot be exchanged free of charge.
