Health insurance coverage
Coverage requirements:
- Have a prescription dated less than 5 years ago
- Have not received glasses reimbursement during the current calendar year (check your health insurance policy)
All health insurance plans are eligible.
You'll receive by email the reimbursement form to send to social security and the paid invoice to send to your health insurance provider.

XXL thick frame in matte black acetate, with sharp angles and oversized geometric lenses. Suits oval, square and rectangular face shapes.
Protection & lenses
Category 3 lenses (100% UV protection), smoked brown gradient tint. Can be made to your prescription: send yours after ordering and our opticians take care of the lenses.
