Have a complaint?
For any complaint about your order or our service, please contact our customer service at contact@lepetitlunetier.com. We will acknowledge your request and handle it as soon as possible, within fourteen (14) days at the latest.
Consumer mediation
If we cannot reach a solution with our customer service, you may use our approved consumer mediator free of charge. As a French company, we come under CM2C.

You may refer the matter to the mediator only after first contacting our customer service in writing, and within one year of that complaint.

If you live outside France, you may also contact the competent out-of-court dispute resolution body in your country of residence.
