Second frame free

A personal code is sent to you by email as soon as your order is confirmed. It becomes active the following day and covers a complete frame, including standard delivery.

Personal code

The code only works with the email address used when placing the order. When checking out, enter the same address, even if you don't have an account.

Valid for 30 days, starting the next day

The code activates 24 hours after your order. The expiry date is shown in the email.

One use, one frame

The code can be used once, on a single frame, up to the value of the frame purchased. If the second frame costs more, only the difference is charged.

Delivery included

Standard delivery (pickup point or home) is free with the code. Express options remain at the usual rate.

Cannot be combined

The code cannot be combined with the buy-one-get-one-free offer or any other discount. If you add two frames to your basket, the buy-one-get-one-free offer applies automatically, and your code remains valid for a single frame purchase.

Prescription lenses not included

The offer applies to the frame only. Prescription lenses are charged separately.

Return of the first frame

If you return your first frame, the code is cancelled. If it has already been used, the value of the second frame will be deducted from your refund.
