- Have not received glasses reimbursement during the current calendar year (check your health insurance policy)

You'll receive by email the reimbursement form to send to social security and the paid invoice to send to your health insurance provider.

Category 3 lenses (100% UV protection), gradient brown tint. Can be made to your prescription: send yours after ordering and our opticians take care of the lenses.
