Coverage requirements:
- Have a prescription dated less than 5 years ago
- Have not received glasses reimbursement during the current calendar year (check your health insurance policy)
All health insurance plans are eligible.
You'll receive by email the reimbursement form to send to social security and the paid invoice to send to your health insurance provider.

The lenses can be made to your prescription. Just pick your lens options when adding to cart. Depending on the options you choose, the tint of your prescription sun lenses may vary — click "Model Details" to learn more. Can be made to your prescription: send yours after ordering and our opticians take care of the lenses.
We're qualified opticians and inspect every pair thoroughly before it leaves us: temples tightened, lenses cleaned, nose pads adjusted.
A case and microfibre cloth are included with every pair.
We design and manufacture all our frames and accessories ourselves, for superior quality at the best price.
All our products are tested and certified to EN ISO 12312-1-2013.
