COLLECTION CONDITIONS
Your order is available in-store immediately, as soon as your order is confirmed.
If for any reason your order cannot be collected in-store, we will notify you by email.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
When collecting your order in-store, you can take the time to try on the frames and make sure they suit you.
If you'd like to exchange them, you can choose another model on the spot, at the same price, subject to availability.
If you prefer a refund, the in-store team will note your refund request, which will be processed by our Customer Service team within the following days. You will be notified by email once your order has been refunded.
