At Le Petit Lunetier, all orders are shipped from our workshop in Paris. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery methods, timelines and service areas.
Which countries do we deliver to?
We deliver to mainland France, the French overseas departments, most European countries, as well as the United States and Canada.
The full list of eligible destinations is displayed when you select your delivery address during checkout.
Available delivery methods
We offer several delivery methods, with options and rates that vary depending on your destination country. Available methods are presented during checkout, before final confirmation.
Standard delivery method
Our standard delivery method is pickup point delivery, near your address. This is the default option and the most economical.
Alternative delivery methods
Depending on your country, you can also choose:
- Home delivery (Colissimo, UPS or equivalent, depending on the market)
- Express delivery to selected destinations
These options are charged according to the rate schedule in effect at the time of your order.
Click & Collect : in-store pickup
You can collect your order free of charge at any of our 17 Le Petit Lunetier stores.
Conditions:
- Available for all orders without prescription lenses
- All ordered items must be available at the selected store
- If an item is unavailable at the store when processing your order, our team will contact you to offer a solution (transfer from another store, home delivery, cancellation and refund)
Availability timeline: 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation. You'll be notified by email as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Carbon-neutral packaging
All our orders are shipped in carbon-neutral packaging: decarbonized, recycled and recyclable, and reduced to the strict minimum to limit the environmental impact of your order.
Processing and delivery timelines

Orders placed on Friday, over the weekend or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time after dispatch
The timelines below apply from the time the order is shipped (not from confirmation). They vary depending on the delivery method chosen.

These timelines are indicative and may vary depending on periods (sales, year-end holidays) and circumstances beyond our control (carriers, customs).
Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary depending on your destination country and chosen delivery method. Applicable rates are presented when you select your delivery method, before final order confirmation.
Free pickup point delivery in mainland France and Belgium
In mainland France and Belgium, pickup point delivery is free with no minimum order amount, regardless of your order value.
Other delivery methods (home delivery, express) remain chargeable according to the applicable rate schedule.
Other destinations
For other countries, available delivery methods and their rates are specified when you select your delivery method, before order confirmation.
Tracking your order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
You can also view the tracking information for all your orders in your customer account.
Customs duties and taxes for destinations outside the European Union
For destinations outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada), your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees.
Depending on the destination country and chosen delivery method, these fees may be:
- Included in the price displayed at checkout (DDP delivery : Delivered Duty Paid)
- Charged upon delivery by the carrier or local customs authorities (DAP delivery : Delivered At Place)
The applicable terms will be specified when you place your order. If in doubt, our customer service team can provide information before you finalize your order.
What to do in case of a delivery issue?
Tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your order
If your order tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, we recommend that you:
- Check with your nearest post office or pickup point
- Ask your building caretaker or neighbors if you live in an apartment building
- Check your letterbox and common areas (landings, lockers)
If after these checks your parcel remains missing, contact our customer service team at contact@lepetitlunetier.com with your order number.
Parcel not received after an abnormal delay
If your order hasn't been received after 15 business days from dispatch for an order without lenses, or 21 business days for an order with prescription lenses, Le Petit Lunetier will open an investigation with the carrier.
If the parcel is declared lost, a free re-shipment will be arranged.
If the original parcel is ultimately delivered after the re-shipment, you agree to return one of the two parcels at no cost. Otherwise, the second shipment may be charged.
During the investigation period
During the carrier investigation period, a refund is not possible as the parcel is still considered in transit. A refund remains possible once the parcel is returned to our workshop, in accordance with our returns and exchanges policy.
Theft or declared non-receipt : orders over €200
For any order valued over €200 that the carrier indicates as delivered but not received, a theft certificate or police report may be required before re-shipping the order, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
