Terms effective from 1 June 2026


Welcome to the LPL Club. This premium loyalty programme gives you exclusive benefits for one year, online and in-store. These terms constitute a contract between you and Le Petit Lunetier SAS. By joining, you accept them without reservation.


Article 1: Purpose

The LPL Club is an omnichannel benefits programme valid on lepetitlunetier.com and in all Le Petit Lunetier physical stores in France. Membership is digital and linked to your email address.


Article 2: Membership conditions

Membership is open to any individual of legal age residing in France.

Online: By ticking the "Join the LPL Club" option when completing your order on lepetitlunetier.com. Membership is charged at €5.00 incl. VAT as a single, non-instalment payment.

In-store: On the proposal of a sales adviser during your checkout.

Account activation occurs almost instantly on the purchase channel and is synchronised across all channels the following morning.

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and services whose execution has begun with your express consent before the expiry of the statutory period. By ticking the membership box and completing your order, you expressly acknowledge that the service begins immediately and waive your right of withdrawal. Membership is non-refundable.


Article 3: Your benefits

3.1 : 10% discount

An immediate 10% discount is applied to the entire Le Petit Lunetier catalogue (frames, lenses, accessories), online and in-store, for the duration of your membership.

Online, the discount is applied automatically provided you are logged in with the email address used when joining. Any order placed without logging in or with a different email address will not benefit from the discount, with no possibility of retroactive adjustment.

In-store, the discount is granted upon presentation of your registered email address or phone number.

3.2 : Parcel theft guarantee

In the event your parcel is stolen during delivery, Le Petit Lunetier undertakes to refund the amount of the order concerned, under the conditions strictly defined below.

Definition: The guarantee covers only theft occurring during transport, between dispatch by Le Petit Lunetier and delivery to the address specified. It does not cover: loss of parcel by the carrier, theft after confirmed delivery (deposit scan, proof photo), damage, delays, or customs issues.

Conditions for activation:

  • The parcel has not been delivered and the carrier confirms in writing an anomaly during transport (theft, unexplained disappearance).
  • No delivery confirmed by the tracking system (if the carrier attests to successful delivery, the guarantee does not apply).

Mandatory procedure:

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@lepetitlunetier.com within 30 calendar days from the estimated delivery date, stating your order number and describing the situation.
  2. File a claim with the carrier (this step is necessary : Le Petit Lunetier can assist you on request).
  3. Provide, if requested, any supporting documents establishing the theft (written confirmation from the carrier, etc.).

Refund terms: The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days following validation of the file. If the carrier itself provides compensation, this will be deducted from the Le Petit Lunetier refund to avoid double reimbursement.

Limits: The guarantee is limited to 1 claim per membership year. The refunded amount is capped at the amount actually paid for the order concerned, excluding delivery charges.


Article 4: Duration and renewal

Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of activation. It does not renew automatically. An email reminder is sent to you before the expiry date. Without action on your part, benefits are deactivated at expiry, with no charge of any kind.


Article 5: Personal nature and anti-fraud

LPL Club status is strictly personal, non-transferable and non-shareable. It is linked to an email address and/or phone number. Any sharing of your credentials with third parties constitutes fraudulent use.

Le Petit Lunetier reserves the right to verify the member's identity in-store and to suspend or deactivate any account in the event of misuse, without refund of membership, after notification by email.


Article 6: Personal data

The data processed in connection with the LPL Club (email address, phone number, membership date, order history) are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. To exercise your rights of access, rectification or deletion: contact@lepetitlunetier.com. The deletion of your data results in the deactivation of your benefits without refund.


Article 7: Modification of terms

Le Petit Lunetier reserves the right to modify these terms. Any substantial modification will be notified by email at least 30 days before it comes into effect. If you do not accept the new terms, you may request termination of your membership: in this case, a pro-rated refund of the remaining period will be granted. In the absence of objection within this period, the new terms are deemed accepted.

If the programme is definitively discontinued, your benefits are maintained until the expiry date of your current membership, without the possibility of early refund.


Article 8: Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, you may appeal to a consumer mediator in accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. French courts have sole jurisdiction.
