The Petit Lunetier Guarantees (en)

Because we know that your glasses accompany you every day, we want to offer you a guarantee on the use of our products.
Below you will find all of our guarantees, valid for purchases made on our website lepetitlunetier.com, or in all of our Le Petit Lunetier stores.

GUARANTEES ON OUR FRAMES

Our frames are guaranteed for 1 year (from the date of purchase).

In the event of accidental breakage, the warranty applies for the replacement of the damaged part or section.
For example: if a branch has been bent or broken, we will change the branch, the same for a plate, a tenon, etc.
The frame can only be changed in the event of breakage of a non-replaceable element.
To obtain a replacement or repair of your frame, write to us at contact@lepetitlunetier.com with photos detailing your problem.

Beyond one year, if the frame needs to be changed, it will have to be paid for in full. Beyond one year, within the limit of available stocks, we can replace free of charge branches, pads, screws, tenons and lenses without correction (anti-blue light or solar). Without time limit.

If your Le Petit Lunetier frame has had prescription lenses fitted by another optician, it is no longer guaranteed. If it needs to be replaced entirely, this cannot be done for free.

GUARANTEES ON OUR EYEWEAR LENSES

Prescription lenses are not guaranteed, as they are custom-made.

In the event of loss, breakage or scratch, you will be asked to pay a deductible for the replacement of the glass(es). The amount of the deductible will be established according to the glass(es) to be replaced.

In the event of a change of prescription, the lenses cannot be changed free of charge: the new pair of lenses must be fully paid for.

GUARANTEE OF ADAPTATION OF OUR PROGRESSIVE LENSES

You have up to one month after the date of purchase to notify us that you are not happy with your progressive lenses. After this period, the lenses cannot be exchanged free of charge.
