WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We currently deliver to most French overseas departments and territories (DOM), Europe, the United States, and Canada.
The list of eligible destinations is available when choosing the delivery address at the time of ordering.
AVAILABLE DELIVERY METHODS
We offer:
- A Standard shipping method via tracked letter.
- A "0 carbon" packaging option, with decarbonized, recycled, and recyclable packaging, reduced to a minimum, to limit environmental impact.
- Click & Collect delivery in all our stores for all orders without prescription lenses and where all products are available in-store. Collection is possible upon order confirmation.
DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
In France, delivery takes 48 to 72 working hours after dispatch.
In neighboring countries, delivery times vary from 3 to 10 working days.
In the rest of the world, delivery times vary more widely, and delivery can take between 7 and 15 working days.
Orders without prescription lenses are shipped by La Poste via Colissimo or tracked letter within 24 working hours after purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays) from validation. Orders placed on Friday and during the weekend are shipped on Monday morning.
Orders with prescription lenses are shipped by La Poste via Colissimo or tracked letter within 7 working days after purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays) from validation.
For France, Belgium, and Switzerland, delivery fees are €4.99. These fees may change over time.
Your order will be delivered by La Poste at any time of the day from Monday to Friday, between 7 AM and 9 PM, and on Saturday, between 7 AM and 2 PM.
If you are absent during delivery or your parcel does not fit in your letterbox, La Poste reserves the right to deposit your parcel at the nearest post office or with a third party.
CUSTOMS DUTIES IN SWITZERLAND
In Switzerland, orders are subject to customs duties. You may be asked to pay taxes to receive your order.
WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a legal obligation. We are dependent on the vagaries of La Poste, and the customer agrees to understand this at the time of purchase.
In case of a delay of more than 15 working days, we will reship the order free of charge, provided that the customer agrees to return the first order once received and not keep it as a duplicate.
During this period, please understand that a refund of the order is not possible, as the parcel is still in transit. A refund will be possible as soon as the parcel is returned to our workshop.
We use software that allows real-time tracking of the location and delivery of the shipment. If a product appears as 'Delivered', but you have not received anything, we invite you to go to the nearest post office as soon as possible or ask your building manager/caretaker if you live in an apartment building or residence.
