Return period
You have a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange.
This period includes the statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days provided for by consumer law. Le Petit Lunetier offers an extended return period of thirty (30) days as a commercial benefit, without limiting your statutory rights.
Eligibility conditions
To be accepted, any return must meet the following conditions:
The eyewear must be returned in perfect condition, unused, undamaged and in its original state.
All items must be returned with their original accessories (case, cleaning cloth, original packaging).
Any product returned incomplete, damaged or showing signs of use may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Personalized products, in particular eyewear fitted with custom-made prescription lenses, may be subject to specific conditions, which are detailed at the time of order.
Exchanges
Exchanges from mainland France
For any order shipped and returned from mainland France, exchanges are offered free of charge.
A prepaid return label may be obtained via the dedicated returns portal or upon request from our customer service team.
The shipment of the replacement pair is carried out at no additional cost, subject to availability of the requested model.
Exchanges from outside France
For returns or exchanges made from a country other than mainland France, return shipping costs are not covered.
These costs may be invoiced or deducted from the refund amount, depending on the available carrier and the rates applicable at the time of return.
The exact amount will be communicated before the return is definitively validated.

In the case of a refund (excluding exchanges), return shipping costs may be covered by Le Petit Lunetier or deducted from the refunded amount, depending on the nature of the return and the terms specified at the time of the request.
Returns from outside France
For returns made from outside France, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
These costs may either be paid directly by the customer or deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
Refund terms
Refunds are issued within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the compliant return.
They are made using the same payment method used for the original order.
Initial delivery costs are not refunded, except in the event of an error attributable to Le Petit Lunetier, in accordance with applicable regulations.
