Withdrawal rights reminder
- The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. As a commercial gesture, Le Petit Lunetier grants an extended period of 30 days.
- Prescription lenses made to order are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are custom-made products. The frame remains refundable.
- Returned products must be in perfect condition, unworn, with all accessories and original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the compliant return, using the original payment method.
