Insurance coverage
Coverage requirements:
- Have a prescription dated less than 5 years ago
- Have not received glasses coverage reimbursement during the current calendar year (check your insurance plan)
All insurance plans are eligible.
You'll receive by email the claim form to send to Social Security and the paid invoice to send to your insurance provider.

Non-prescription blue light lenses fitted as standard, to reduce eye strain in front of screens. Can be made to your prescription: select your corrective lenses at the time of ordering.
