Insurance coverage
Coverage requirements:
- Have a prescription dated less than 5 years ago
- Have not received glasses coverage reimbursement during the current calendar year (check your insurance plan)
All insurance plans are eligible.
You'll receive by email the claim form to send to Social Security and the paid invoice to send to your insurance provider.

Annie.J Champagne: oversized frame in acetate and gold metal
An oversized frame with a clear pink acetate front and double-bar gold metal temples. Lightweight, and free from nickel and lead. Suits oval, square and rectangular face shapes.
Lenses and screen protection
Built-in blue light lenses (non-prescription) included as standard, to reduce eye strain in front of screens. Can be made to your prescription: select your corrective lenses when you place your order.
