Coverage requirements:
- Have a prescription dated less than 5 years ago
- Have not received glasses reimbursement during the current calendar year (check your health insurance policy)
All health insurance plans are eligible.
You'll receive by email the reimbursement form to send to social security and the paid invoice to send to your health insurance provider.

Chunky oversized tortoiseshell acetate frames with a beige trim along the temples. The XXL shape offers great coverage and suits oval, square and heart-shaped faces.
Lenses & protection
Category 3 lenses (100% UV protection) with a gradient brown tint. Can be made to your prescription: send yours after ordering and our opticians take care of the lenses.
