Coverage requirements:
- Have a prescription dated less than 5 years ago
- Have not received glasses reimbursement during the current calendar year (check your health insurance policy)
All health insurance plans are eligible.
You'll receive by email the reimbursement form to send to social security and the paid invoice to send to your health insurance provider.

Elongated oval frame in black acetate, slim and balanced in proportions, inspired by the 90s. Suits oval, square and rectangular faces.
Protection and lenses
Category 3 lenses (100% UV protection), grey gradient tint. Adaptable to your prescription: send us your prescription after ordering, and our opticians will take care of the fitting.
