Insurance coverage
Coverage requirements:
- Have a prescription dated less than 5 years ago
- Have not received glasses coverage reimbursement during the current calendar year (check your insurance plan)
All insurance plans are eligible.
You'll receive by email the claim form to send to Social Security and the paid invoice to send to your insurance provider.

Lucifer.M Grey: square frame in clear grey acetate
Square frame in smoky clear grey acetate, with exposed metal hinges on the temples. The translucent acetate gives a light, see-through effect. Suits oval, round and triangular face shapes.
Lenses and screen protection
Blue light lenses (non-prescription) fitted as standard, to ease eye strain in front of screens. Can be made to your prescription: just pick your lenses at checkout.
