As part of the provision of the product(s), the Company collects personal data from Customers, including the following data:

- Phone
The Company collects and processes Customer's personal data for the following purposes:
- Provision of the Product(s) on the Site;
- Order management;
- Management of returns, exercise of the right of withdrawal, payment, invoicing…;
- Information about the Company, products, and the Company's activities;
- Responding to any Customer questions/complaints;
- Statistical analysis;
- Management of requests for access, rectification, and objection rights;

Data relating to the management of Customer's personal data is retained for the strictly necessary period as defined by the modified French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), i.e., three years after collection or the last contact with the Customer.

Customer's personal data is processed by the Company's sales department as well as by the Company's partner companies and subcontractors.
The Company may also communicate personal data to cooperate with administrative and judicial authorities.
The Company ensures the adequate and appropriate security of Customer's personal data and has taken useful precautions to preserve the security and confidentiality of the data, and in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, or communicated to unauthorized persons.
Customer obligations:
- Customers acknowledge that the personal data disclosed by them is valid, up-to-date, and adequate;
- Customers undertake not to infringe on the privacy, image, and personal data protection of any third party and thus not to communicate third-party data to the Company without their consent.
Under Decree No. 2011-219 of February 25, 2011, relating to the retention and communication of data enabling the identification of any person who contributed to the creation of online content, the Customer is informed that the Site's host is obliged to retain for a period of one year from the day of content creation, for each operation contributing to the creation of content:
- The connection identifier at the origin of the communication;
- The identifier assigned by the information system to the content, object of the operation;
- The types of protocols used for connection to the service and for content transfer;
- The nature of the operation;
- The date and time of the operation;
- The identifier used by the author of the operation when provided.
In case of contract termination or account closure, the host must also retain for one year from the day of contract termination or account closure the information provided during the subscription of a contract (Order) by the Customer or during account creation, namely:
- At the time of account creation: the identifier of this connection;
- First and last name or company name;
- Associated postal addresses;
- Pseudonyms used;
- Associated email or account addresses;
- Phone numbers;
- The password as well as the data allowing it to be verified or modified, in its latest updated version.
Each computer connected to the Internet network has an IP address. As soon as a Customer browses the Site, the Company collects the Customer's IP address to analyze traffic on the Site and control Customer activity on the Site to ensure that they do not perform acts likely to infringe the General Terms and Conditions of Sale on the Site.
Finally, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, Customers have a right of access, rectification, deletion, and a right to object for legitimate reasons to the processing of their data collected and processed by the Company, by contacting the Company directly at the following email address: contact@lepetitlunetier.com
In accordance with Article 40-1 of the amended French Data Protection Act, the Company will comply with the directives given by any Customer regarding the retention, erasure, and communication of their personal data after their death. When Customers use the Site, the Company may use cookies.
