If your order does not suit you, we have implemented a simple, transparent returns and exchange policy that complies with current regulations.
Return period
You have a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of your order to submit a return or exchange request.
This period includes the legal right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days provided for by the Consumer Code. Le Petit Lunetier commercially applies an extended period of thirty (30) days, without limiting your legal rights.
Eligibility conditions
To be accepted, all returns must meet the following conditions:
Glasses must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged and in their original condition.
Products must be returned with all their accessories (case, cloth, original packaging).
Any incomplete, damaged product or product showing traces of use may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Personalized products, especially glasses equipped with custom-made corrective lenses, may be subject to specific conditions specified during the order.
Exchanges
Exchanges from metropolitan France
For any order shipped and returned from metropolitan France, exchanges are free.
A prepaid return label can be obtained via the returns portal provided or upon simple request to our customer service.
The new pair is sent back at no additional cost, subject to availability of the desired model.
Exchanges from abroad
For returns or exchanges made from a country other than metropolitan France, return costs are not covered.
These costs may be charged or deducted from the refund, depending on the available carrier and the rates in force at the time of return.
The applicable amount is communicated before the final validation of the return.
Returns and refunds
Returns from metropolitan France
In the case of a refund (excluding exchange), return costs may be covered by Le Petit Lunetier or deducted from the refunded amount, depending on the nature of the return and the terms specified during the request.
Returns from abroad
For returns made from abroad, return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
These costs can be paid directly by the customer or deducted from the refund amount.
The refund is made after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
Refund methods
The refund is made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the conforming return.
It is made via the payment method used during the order.
Initial shipping costs are not refunded, except in case of an error attributable to Le Petit Lunetier, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
Right of withdrawal – Legal information
In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a legal period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision.
The thirty (30) day period granted by Le Petit Lunetier constitutes a commercial advantage and in no way limits the exercise of the consumer's legal rights.
