GLASSES WITHOUT ANTI-BLUE LIGHT CORRECTION
All our frames in the Blue Light category are equipped by default with non-prescription lenses with an anti-blue light filter. If you want more information on blue light, consult our guide: Blue Light.NON-PREDICTION SUNGLASSES
Our solar frames are equipped with category 3 or 2 lenses, polarized or not. You can find more details on each product sheet by clicking on "Model details". Find our solar collection here.
EYEGLASSES
All frames available on our site can be adapted to your eyesight, for almost any correction: we accept corrections from -6 to +6, and cylinders from -2.25 to +2.25 (exceptions are possible on a case-by-case basis) .

PROGRESSIVE LENSES
We can make progressive lenses, whether online or in store. For an online order, we will ask you to send us a photo of yourself trying on the model via virtual try-on. If the progressive lenses are unsuitable, we will either remake the lenses or refund the order in full.
VIRTUAL TRY-ON OF OUR FRAMES
You have access to a virtual try-on of our products, via the “Try them” button on each product sheet.

GIFT CARD
We offer a €50 gift card that you can order here . The gift card code will be sent to you by email and can be entered on the site just before payment to benefit from the discount.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE ?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards as well as payments via Paypal, Bancontact, Sofort and iDeal. You also have the option of paying in 3 installments or in 30 days with Alma (valid for France, Belgium and Germany).

WHAT CORRECTIONS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept corrections from -6 to +6, and cylinders from -2.25 to +2.25 (exceptions are possible on a case-by-case basis).

LENS THINNING
We offer 4 lens thinnings: standard (correction less than +/-1), thin lenses (correction less than +/-3), very thin (correction greater than +/-3) or ultra-thin (correction greater than + /-5).
PROPOSED TREATMENTS
We offer a choice of anti-scratch, anti-reflective and anti-dirt treatments.
SUNGLASSES IN SIGHT
All our sunglasses can be adapted to your vision (except for exceptions noted on the product sheet). The color of the glass may depend on the options chosen, you can check the color of the solar glass in the Model Details on the product sheet.
READING GLASSES
We can make reading glasses, simply place an order for prescription glasses via our site and then notify us of the reading correction you wish to apply to the lenses.
PRESCRIPTION
It is not necessary to have a prescription to order prescription glasses from us. The order is only required to obtain coverage from social security or mutual insurance. The validity period of a prescription is 5 years, unless contraindicated on the prescription.
MANUFACTURING DELAYS
Lens manufacturing times depend both on the vision correction and the options/treatments chosen. They vary from 1 to 10 working days.

3. SOCIAL AND MUTUAL SECURITY
COVERED BY SOCIAL SECURITY AND MUTUAL
When purchasing a pair of prescription glasses, whether on our site or in store, we provide a care sheet and a paid invoice to send respectively to your CPAM and your mutual insurance company, which will reimburse you if you are eligible. Please note: a single piece of optical equipment is reimbursable by social security and mutual insurance. In the event that several pieces of equipment are ordered, we take into account the most expensive piece of equipment.

DURATION OF VALIDITY OF A PRESCRIPTION
A prescription is valid for 5 years unless contraindicated on it.

100% HEALTH
As part of 100% Health, you can order a pair of glasses 100% covered by social security here: 100% Health Catalogue. You are only eligible if you have not received treatment for 2 years and if you have a valid prescription (generally less than 5 years old). The thinning is imposed automatically according to your correction and the treatment is a simple anti-scratch and anti-reflective treatment.
SUPPORTED BY CSS (FORMERLY CMU)
You can order a pair of glasses online that are eligible for CSS support here: 100% Health Catalog . We will provide you with a treatment sheet to send to the CPAM so that you can obtain your reimbursement.
4. DELIVERY AND DEADLINES
SHIPPING TIMES
- Orders for glasses without correction are prepared within 24 working hours, from Monday to Friday in the morning.
- The shipping time for prescription glasses depends on the manufacturing time of the lenses , which varies from 1 to 10 working days, depending on your prescription and the options chosen.
DELIVERY DELAY
A package tracking number is provided to you by email on the day your order is shipped, which allows you to follow it at each stage of delivery.
- In France, your order takes between 48 and 72 working hours to arrive at your home.
- For deliveries in the French Overseas Territories, delivery times are approximately 3 to 7 working days.
- In Belgium and Switzerland, your order may take 3 to 10 working days. Delivery times vary more depending on Bpost for Belgium and customs for Switzerland. We do not bear customs fees.
- For orders to be delivered to the United States or Canada, delivery times are 3 to 10 working days.
DELIVERY PROBLEM
In the event of a delivery problem, write to us at contact@lepetitlunetier.com or on WhatsApp. We will make sure to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

5. ABOUT MY ORDER
I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
The order confirmation email is sent automatically after validation of the order. If you have not received it, check your spam box or that you have entered your email address correctly. If you have not received it, write to us at contact@lepetitlunetier.com or on WhatsApp.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER OR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Tracking numbers are transmitted within 48 working hours after placing the order on our site.
Please note that if you have ordered prescription glasses, the preparation and shipping time for your order is 7 to 10 working days maximum, because we order the lenses from our glassmaker especially for you. If after this 10 day period you still have not received a shipping notification, write to us at contact@lepetitlunetier.com or on WhatsApp and we will check the status of your order.
I WAS WRONG IN MY ORDER (PRODUCT ORDER, DELIVERY ADDRESS, etc.) HOW CAN I RECT IT?
We do our best to prepare your order as quickly as possible, in case of error, write to us at contact@lepetitlunetier.com or on WhatsApp. as soon as possible up to 1 hour after placing the order, and we will rectify it. Tell us clearly all the details to change (correct address, product to exchange, etc.) so that we can make the modification as quickly as possible.

Your frame is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of receipt. If you have any concerns, write to us at contact@lepetitlunetier.com or on WhatsApp.
PRESCRIPTION LENSES WARRANTY
Prescription lenses are not guaranteed. If they are scratched, lost or damaged, we offer a deductible of 50% of the initial price of the glass to be replaced. Write to the team explaining the problem encountered and if possible with a photo so that we can help you as best as possible: by email contact@lepetitlunetier.com or on WhatsApp.
PROGRESSIVE LENSES ADAPTATION GUARANTEE
If you can't get used to your progressive lenses, you have one month to let us know so that we can change them or give you a full refund.
8. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
RETURNS CENTER
To request a return via our Returns Center, click here.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it, for an exchange or to get a refund. You can find our return conditions here.
RETURNS PROCESSING TIME
We process returns within a maximum of 3 days after receipt. You will be notified by email when the exchange or refund has been processed by our team.
IN-STORE RETURNS
It is entirely possible to return your order in store, all you need to do is choose it when you make your return request via our Returns Center.
REFUND OF A PURCHASE MADE WITH A GIFT CARD
In the case of returning an order placed with a gift card, the amount of the purchase will be credited back to the gift card.
