To which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to almost all of Europe, Canada and the USA. You can find an accurate list of all countries in the "Customer Information" section of the order process.

Delivery times

We strive to process all orders and release them for delivery within 24 hours of receipt. (Orders placed between Friday and Sunday evening will be processed on Monday morning.). Delivery to Spain takes 5-10 working days. Delivery to Germany / Austria takes 3-5 working days. Delivery to the rest of Europe takes 3-5 working days.  For all other countries, delivery takes 7-15 working days.

Customs regulations for Switzerland

Deliveries to Switzerland are subject to customs duties. Taxes may be applied to your delivery.

Postage costs and information about delivery

We send your delivery out by post with a tracking number within 24 hours after receiving and confirming your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please note that the preparation time can be up to 7 working days if your glasses need to be fitted with prescription lenses.

Delivery costs €4,99.

Your order will be delivered by the postal service between Monday and Friday, from 7:00 - 21:00, and on Saturdays between 7:00 and 14:00, and may arrive at any point within these time frames.

If you are not at home when your delivery arrives and the package is too large for your letterbox, the postal service is entitled to deposit your package at the nearest post office or in the possession of a third person.

What to do if there is a problem with your delivery

The time frames provide an overview of how long your package will take from the moment it is handed off to LaPoste. Please note that this is an approximate guideline for delivery times and that we do not have any influence over the delivery once we handed the package over to LaPoste.

In the case of a delivery delay of more than 15 working days, we will send your order out again free of charge, under the condition that the customer returns the first order to us as soon as it is received.

Unfortunately, we cannot process any refunds during this period, as the first delivery is still being delivered; we thank you for your understanding in this matter. A refund is only possible once both packages have been returned to us or the second package has been returned and the customer declares that the first package never arrived.

We use a tool that allows us to track deliveries in real time. If a product displays the status "delivered" but you have not yet received it, please visit the nearest post office or ask your neighbours or concierge whether they have accepted your package.

We cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of parcels that are registered as "delivered" by our partner.

We work with the postal service, with letters with delivery tracking, or Colissimo. The postal service is sworn in and the indicated status is legally binding.
