You can select Click & Collect delivery when choosing delivery methods if:
If you would like to choose Click & Collect delivery but it is not offered to you when you order, do not hesitate to write to us at contact@lepetitlunetier.com so we can organize this together.
WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS
Your order is available immediately in store, upon validation of your order.
If it turns out that your order cannot be collected in store for any reason, we will notify you by email.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
When collecting your order in store, you can take the time to try on the pair of glasses and make sure they suit you.
If you wish to exchange the pair, you can choose another model on site, of the same price, and while stocks last.
If you prefer to be refunded, the in-store team will note your refund request which will be processed by the Customer Service team in the following days. You will be notified by email of the refund of your order.
