The terms and conditions of the competition

How to participate:

-> Take the TikTok challenge which can be found on the TikTok account @lepetitlunetier using the hashtag #lplbff

-> Follow the TikTok account @lepetitlunetier

The costs

The Le Petit Lunetier prize consists of

• (2) return tickets for the winner and their companion, corresponding to direct round-trip train or plane transport operated by Le Petit Lunetier to Marseille, for travel between May 9, 2022 and October 22, 2022, at exception of the following periods:
• From 07/01/2022 to 09/05/2022 (both included)
• (1) night in a Marseille hotel (maximum value of €250) 

The train can be booked within the permitted periods, but the reservation must be made up to 15 days before the travel date.

The departure station must be in mainland France. 

The price of the two return tickets must not exceed a maximum value of €350. 

Le Petit Lunetier will not be responsible for travel costs to origin and destination stations, nor for accommodation costs while waiting for the train to the graceful destination. Le Petit Lunetier will under no circumstances be responsible for any maintenance costs that the winners may incur during their stay in the destination city.

Terms and conditions

The competition will run until 06/05/2022 2:00 p.m. (CEST).

The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over, with the exception of employees of Le Petit Lunetier and members of the immediate family of these employees or any person with whom they are domiciled.

To participate in the competition, you must take the TikTok challenge using the hashtag #lplbff and click on “subscribe” on the TikTok account of @lepetitlunetier

No responsibility will be taken for entries which are lost, delayed or incorrect, or cannot be considered for technical or other reasons. 

The winner will be notified by private message on TikTok. The winner will be required to provide last name, first name and email address, date of birth and photocopy of the identity document of the 2 participants in order to receive the prize.

In the event of no response from the winner within 7 days from the date of announcement of the winners, Le Petit Lunetier will choose another winner.

No cash or other alternatives are available.

The terms of the usual privacy policy of the Le Petit Lunetier brand apply to all personal information that we collect.

Participants can only participate in the challenge with a single user profile, Le Petit Lunetier reserving the right to restrict participation in the event that a participant uses more than one user profile or any other situation limiting the possibilities to participate and obtain the prizes drawn. other participants in the challenge.

Among the people taking up the challenge, Le Petit Lunetier will select one (1) winner at random. 

Exclusions and limitations

Under no circumstances may winners replace, change, alter, offset, transfer or sell their prize.

Le Petit Lunetier reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time and for any reason.

Le Petit Lunetier cannot be held responsible for any error, interruption, defect, delay in operation or late notification, theft, destruction, unauthorized access or alteration during registration for the draw, or for any malfunction, poor transmission or error in receiving any information from Le Petit Lunetier, or for possible technical errors resulting from Internet traffic, congestion or connection failures.

Le Petit Lunetier reserves the right to make modifications or add successive annexes to the rules and prizes of the Promotion, provided that these are justified, do not harm participants and are duly communicated.
