COVID 19 information

Following COVID-19 restrictions, we would like to provide you with the following details regarding your orders on our website:

- For all orders placed after Monday March 16, 2020, returns are possible until April 30. This concerns exchange or refund requests.
- Optical and non-optical orders are well maintained and shipped by La Poste

- The Post Office collects and delivers mail only Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. If you order on a Saturday, your order will be shipped on Wednesday at the earliest, even if we prepare it before.

- 90% of post offices are closed, so tracking during the intermediate stages of delivery of your package is also impacted and is no longer displayed in most cases from now on. 

- La Poste delivery times are changing. It now takes 3 to 6 working days once your order has been processed for delivery, compared to 48 hours previously.
