WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We currently deliver to the majority of French overseas departments and Europe, the United States and Canada.
The list of eligible destinations is available when choosing the delivery address at the time of ordering.
DELIVERY METHODS OFFERED

DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
In France, delivery takes place within 48 to 72 working hours after dispatch.
In neighboring countries, delivery times vary from 3 to 7 working days.
In the rest of the world, delivery times vary more widely, and delivery can take between 7 and 15 working days.
Orders without corrective lenses are shipped by La Poste in Colissimo or tracked letter within 24 working hours after purchase (except weekends and public holidays) from validation. Orders placed on Friday and weekends are shipped on Monday morning.
Orders with corrective lenses are shipped by La Poste by Colissimo or tracked letter within 7 working days after purchase (except weekends and public holidays) from validation.
For France, Belgium, Switzerland, the delivery costs €4.99. These costs may change over time.
Your order will be delivered by La Poste at any time of the day from Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. and on Saturday, between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m.
If you are absent during delivery or your parcel does not fit through your mailbox, La Poste reserves the right to leave your parcel at the post office closest to you or with a third party.
CUSTOMS DUTIES IN SWITZERLAND
In Switzerland, orders are subject to customs duties. You may be required to pay taxes to receive your order.
WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF A DELIVERY PROBLEM
The deadlines are given for information purposes only and do not constitute a legal obligation. We are dependent on the vagaries of La Poste and the customer agrees to understand this when purchasing.
In the event of a delay of more than 15 working days, we will reship the order free of charge, provided that the customer agrees to return the first order to us once received and not to keep it as a duplicate.
During this period, please understand that refunding the order is not possible, as the package is still in transit. A refund will be possible as soon as the package is returned to our workshop.
We use software that allows us to track the location and delivery of the shipment in real time. If a product appears as 'Delivered', but you have not received anything, we invite you to go as soon as possible to the post office closest to your home or to ask your caretaker if you live in an apartment building or residence.
