We have developed tailor-made insurance with our partner Estaly. You can now take full advantage of your glasses without worrying about the hazards of everyday life.
Your glasses are protected against breakage, theft and loss for a period of 2 years. In the event of a problem, your lenses and frames can be replaced.

All you have to do is choose the insurance when purchasing your property. Coverage is valid for a period of 2 years.

  • Against breakage: Your frame and/or your lenses are protected in the event of breakage for a period of 2 years
  • Against loss: You lose your pair within 2 years of purchase, we will replace it for you.
  • Against theft: If your frames and/or lenses are stolen during the 2 years following purchase, your pair will be replaced.

    Report your claim in just a few clicks from your Estaly customer area.
    In the event of a claim, no deductible applies in the event of breakage.

    Estaly insurance is simple and transparent. Here are some frequently asked questions so you can understand everything you need to know.

  • How to subscribe to the insurance offer and what goods are eligible?
  • The offer is linked to the product purchased. This is present on the product page or in the basket, and is only offered to you if the item is eligible.

  • What happens after subscription?
  • You will receive an email confirming your subscription from Estaly with your insurance contract.
    You will receive a link to create your Estaly customer area, from which you can manage your contract, report a claim or contact Estaly customer service.

  • What happens in the event of a disaster?
  • In the event of a claim, you can inform our partner Estaly from your customer area in the “report a claim” section or by clicking here.
    Estaly will come back to you within 48 hours maximum with the steps to follow to take care of your property.

  • How to subscribe to Estaly insurance?
  • You can subscribe to Estaly insurance when purchasing your property online, by selecting the insurance in the basket.

  • Where am I covered?
  • You are covered worldwide.

  • What happens in the event of breakage?
  • In the event of breakage, Estaly will ask you to provide some photos of your product and will direct you to repair or replace your product.

  • What happens in the event of theft or loss?
  • In the event of theft or loss, Estaly will ask you to provide the certificate of filing a complaint to complete your file. Once the claim has been approved, we will replace your product.

  • Can I cancel my contract?
  • You have the possibility to terminate your contract within 30 days following subscription, on your Estaly space, or by e-mail at contact@estaly.co.
