ANTI-BLUE LIGHT NON-CORRECTION GLASSES

All our frames in the Blue Light category are equipped by default with non-prescription lenses with anti-blue light filter. If you want more information on blue light, consult our guide: Blue Light.

SUNGLASSES WITHOUT CORRECTION

Our sunglasses are equipped with category 3 or 2 lenses, polarized or not. You can find more details on each product sheet by clicking on "Model details". Find our sunglasses collection here.

VIRTUAL TRY-ON OF OUR FRAMES

You have access to a virtual try-on of our products, via the “Try them on” button on each product sheet.
We will also be happy to welcome you to our stores !

GIFT CARD

We offer a €50 gift card that you can order here . The gift card code will be sent to you by email and can be entered on the site just before payment to benefit from the discount.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards as well as payments via Paypal, Bancontact, Sofort and iDeal. You also have the option to pay in 3 installments or in 30 days with Alma (valid for France, Belgium and Germany).

No, promo codes cannot be combined.

2. DELIVERY AND DEADLINES

SHIPPING TIMES

- Orders for glasses without correction are prepared within 24 working hours, from Monday to Friday morning.

DELIVERY TIMES

A parcel tracking number is provided to you by email on the day your order is shipped, which allows you to follow it at each stage of delivery.
- In France, your order takes between 48 and 72 working hours to arrive at your home.
- For deliveries to the French overseas departments, delivery times are approximately 3 to 7 working days.
- In Belgium and Switzerland, your order can take from 3 to 10 working days. The delivery times are more variable depending on Bpost for Belgium and customs for Switzerland. We do not cover customs fees.
- For orders to be delivered to the United States or Canada, delivery times are 3 to 10 working days.

DELIVERY PROBLEM

In case of delivery problems, write to us at contact@lepetitlunetier.com or on WhatsApp. We will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

3. ABOUT MY ORDER

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

The order confirmation email is sent automatically after the order is validated. If you have not received it, check your spam box or that you have correctly entered your email address without errors. If you have not received it, write to us at contact@lepetitlunetier.com or on WhatsApp.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER OR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Tracking numbers are sent within 48 working hours after placing the order on our site.
Please note that if you have ordered glasses, the preparation and shipping time for your order is 7 to 10 working days maximum, because we order the lenses from our glassmaker especially for you. If after this 10-day period you still have not received a shipping notification, write to us at contact@lepetitlunetier.com or on WhatsApp and we will check the status of your order.

I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER (PRODUCT ORDER, DELIVERY ADDRESS, etc.) HOW CAN I RECTIFY IT?

We do our best to prepare your order as quickly as possible, in case of error, write to us at contact@lepetitlunetier.com or on WhatsApp. as soon as possible up to 1 hour after placing the order, and we will rectify it. Tell us all the details to change (correct address, product to exchange, etc.) so that we can make the change as quickly as possible.

6. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it, for an exchange or for a refund. You can find our return conditions here.

RETURNS PROCESSING TIME

We process returns within 3 days of receipt. You will be notified by email when the exchange or refund has been processed by our team.

REFUND OF A PURCHASE MADE WITH A GIFT CARD

In the event of a return of an order placed with a gift card, the purchase amount will be credited back to the gift card.
