Coverage requirements:
- Have a prescription dated less than 5 years ago
- Have not received glasses reimbursement during the current calendar year (check your health insurance policy)
All health insurance plans are eligible.
You'll receive by email the reimbursement form to send to social security and the paid invoice to send to your health insurance provider.

Rectangular tortoiseshell acetate frames with gold rivets on the temples and metal cabochons at the upper corners. Suits oval, round and square face shapes.
Protection and lenses
Category 3 lenses (100% UV protection), blue-green to beige gradient tint. Can be made to your prescription: send yours after ordering and our opticians take care of the lenses.
