“Weekend in London with Le Petit Lunetier”
Article 1: Organization
The company Le Petit Lunetier SAS with capital of 1000 euros, whose head office is at 155 rue de Charonne, 75011 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 809676356, is organizing a free game with no obligation to purchase hereinafter referred to as: “Weekend in London with Le Petit Lunetier” from Sunday 10/13/2019 at 8:00 a.m. to Sunday 10/27/2019 at 12:00 p.m. Paris time (hereinafter the “Game”).
Article 2: Participants
This free Game with no obligation to purchase is exclusively open to people of legal age on the start date of the Game, and residing in mainland France or Belgium. Any participation in the Game requires internet access and a valid email address.
Excluded from the Game are persons who do not meet the conditions set out in these regulations as well as members of Le Petit Lunetier staff, and any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the design, production or management of the Game as well as their spouse, their family members: direct ascendants and descendants or other relatives living or not under their roof.
Only one entry per person is allowed (same name, same address, same email). Le Petit Lunetier reserves the right to carry out any useful verification to ensure compliance with this rule.
Le Petit Lunetier reserves the right to ask any participant to justify the conditions set out above. Any person not meeting these conditions or refusing to justify them will be excluded from the Game and will not be able, in the event of a win, to benefit from their prize.
Participation in the Game implies full acceptance of these rules, as well as the French laws and regulations applicable in this matter.
Article 3: Conditions of participation
To participate in the Game, the participant must go to the dedicated Instagram post on the @lepetitlunetier account (https://www.instagram.com/lepetitlunetier/)
Participants must:
- follow the brand on Instagram (subscribe to the @lepetitlunetier account)
- Tag 2 friends in comments on the competition photo
- Put a “Like” on the photo
- Limited to one entry per person
Participation is limited to one attempt for the same user (same name, first name, email address), for the duration of the Game.
Any duplicate entries (double accounts or multiple comments) will disqualify participation in the competition.

3 winners and three alternates will be drawn in the event of withdrawal.
The times indicated in these regulations correspond to Paris time. The winners will be drawn randomly on November 1, 2019 from among all participants registered under the conditions of these regulations.
Any participation made contrary to the provisions of these regulations will result in disqualification and the impossibility of winning any prizes awarded. Any participant suspected of fraud may be excluded from the Game by Le Petit Lunetier without Le Petit Lunetier having to justify this. More generally, any attempt to disrupt the normal process of running the Game will result in disqualification of the participant. Any incomplete, erroneous or illegible identification or participation, whether intentionally or not, or made in a form other than that provided for in these regulations will be considered void. The same sanction will apply in the event of multiple participation or attempted multi-participation.
The participant undertakes to participate in the Game in good faith and fairly.
Article 4: Winnings
The prizes will be awarded in accordance with article 7 of these regulations.
1st batch
1 Paris/London return ticket on Eurostar (Standard category) for two people from Paris or Lille to London Saint Pancras (limited to €250 per return ticket per person)
- 2 nights in a room in a 4 star or higher hotel, located in the city of London (up to €300 per night for two people)
Terms of use :
The trip (round trip) must be made before December 25, 2019;
Ticket and hotel reservations must be made at least 15 days before the planned departure. Tickets and hotel nights are non-transferable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for their cash value. The winner and their companion must travel on the same train. No miles or loyalty points can be accumulated with this train. The participant is informed that train tickets are only reserved for adults (over 18 years old).
In the event that Eurostar ceases to operate certain trains after issue of the ticket, an alternative will, wherever possible, be offered to the winner. The winner is solely responsible for obtaining the documents necessary for his or her trip (including his or her companion): in particular passports, visas, medical certificates as well as compliance with the health and insurance regulations in force in the country. Although every effort will be made to ensure that the ticket is confirmed as soon as the reservation is made, it can be confirmed up to seven days before departure. All imposed surcharges/airport taxes on trains operated by Eurostar are included in the price. The round trip by train from Paris or Lille to Paris Nord station is the sole responsibility of the winner.
All other supplements or costs incurred by the trip, not included in the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.

Article 5: Designation of winners
The winners will be drawn randomly from all participants on Monday October 28, 2019.
The draw will be carried out using the tool https://commentpicker.com/instagram.php
3 winners and three alternates will be drawn in the event of withdrawal.
The brand will contact the winners by private message and they will also be indicated on the 'competition' Instagram post.
The winners have until November 7, 2019 to come forward or respond to our message to make their prize available.
After this date, the alternate winner will be contacted
Article 6: Announcement of winners
The names of the winners will be communicated on the Le Petit Lunetier Instagram account (@lepetitlunetier). The winners will also be contacted by the Instagram platform to formalize the sending of train tickets and hotel reservations or the sending of vouchers.
The information will be transmitted to the @instagram account provided by the participant during their participation.
Le Petit Lunetier is not responsible in the event of the provision of incomplete data or in the event of deletion or loss of emails or messages. The participant is informed that he must also check whether the email sent has not been automatically classified in his spam folder or similar directory. In this case, Le Petit Lunetier is not responsible if the winner has not read the email or message sent.
Article 7: Delivery of prizes
The prizes will be sent to the contact details indicated by the participants by email.
The price is accepted as advertised. It cannot be exchanged for their cash value or against any goods or services, nor taken back, nor be the subject of any consideration or financial equivalent. Resale or transfer of lots, by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited. No change (of date, price, etc.) for any reason whatsoever may be requested from Le Petit Lunetier. It is specified that Le Petit Lunetier will not provide any service or guarantee, the gain consisting solely of the rebate of the price provided for above. Consequently, and unless expressly provided for, all general costs relating in particular to travel costs to the destination, additional accommodation costs, catering costs, transfer costs etc. will remain the responsibility of the winner and his/her companion. No refund will be due in this regard.
The participant is informed that certain destinations require compliance with formalities or legal obligations (travel documents, visas, medical or health formalities, etc.) likely to apply to him and/or his companion. He will have the responsibility to inform himself and respect these obligations, for himself and concerning his companion.
In any case, the use of the prices will be done according to the terms and conditions communicated by Le Petit Lunetier. The participant is solely responsible for his winnings and their use, as well as for the benefit of their winnings by their accompanying person. At the time of awarding the prizes, Le Petit Lunetier reserves the right to replace the prize with a prize of equivalent value or to replace a prize with the payment of its value in cash using the Euro as the reference currency, if external circumstances force him to do so, without any claim being made in this regard. The winner will be kept informed of any changes.
Article 8: Use of participants’ personal data
In accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 amended by the law of August 6, 2004, the information collected to participate in the Game is exclusively intended for Le Petit Lunetier. The data collected for this purpose is mandatory to participate in the Game. Consequently, people who wish to delete this data before the end of the Game will not be able to participate. Any participant in the Game also has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them upon simple written request by mail to Le Petit Lunetier whose address is mentioned in article 1. The winner(s) ) authorize Le Petit Lunetier to use their contact details (surname, first name) for advertising or public relations purposes, on any medium whatsoever, without this conferring on them any remuneration, rights or benefits, other than the allocation of their prize.
Article 9: Game without obligation to purchase
In the current state of service offerings and technology, the majority of Internet access providers offer a free or flat-rate connection to Internet users. It is therefore expressly specified that any access to the Game (such as cable connection, ADSL or specialized connection) will not give rise to any reimbursement, to the extent that the subscription to the services of the access provider is contracted by the Internet user for his use of the Internet in general and that the fact of the player connecting to the site of Le Petit Lunetier or its partners and participating in the Game does not incur any additional costs or expenses.
Any request for reimbursement of participation fees in the Game must be made no later than ninety (90) days (postmark as proof) after the date of connection by the Internet user and include, upon availability, the required documents.
Connection costs (excluding ADSL connection, by cable or specialized connection or mobile internet) to the website to participate in the Game will be reimbursed upon simple request sent exclusively by mail accompanied by the supporting documents requested below. Le Petit Lunetier undertakes to reimburse connection costs up to a flat rate equivalent to three (3) minutes of connection as well as postage costs relating to their reimbursement request. Participation fees will be refunded to players upon presentation or indication cumulatively:
1) their first name, postal address and email address
2) the name of the Game as well as the site on which it is accessible
3) the start and end date of the Game
4) a copy of their identity card on both sides
5) a photocopy of the detailed invoice from the telephone operator and/or access provider. This photocopy will serve as proof of address.
6) a bank identity statement or a postal identity statement
7) of the date and time of communications on the site, and more particularly the entry and exit times of the Game.
Le Petit Lunetier temporarily stores in memory, for the duration of the game until the winner is determined and until the contestation period expires, the dates and times of entry and exit from the Game.
No refund requests sent by email will be taken into account.
Postal costs incurred for the reimbursement request will be reimbursed at the slow rate in force for sending within the European Union upon simple written request appearing on the reimbursement request. The refund request will be processed on average within one (1) month, by bank transfer.
Any request not including all of the elements referred to above, transmitted beyond the date mentioned above, illegible, with incorrect contact details or not respecting the conditions above, will be automatically rejected and will not be accepted. will have no sequel.
Article 10: Rules of the Game

It can be sent free of charge (stamp refunded on simple request), to anyone who requests it from Le Petit Lunetier.
In the event of a discrepancy between the version of the regulations filed with the bailiff and the version of the regulations accessible online, the version filed with the bailiff will prevail. Likewise, the version submitted is authentic in relation to the information disclosed on the Game website and in contravention of these regulations.
Le Petit Lunetier reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel the game at any time, particularly in the event of force majeure, without the participants being able to claim any compensation.

Article 11: Intellectual property
The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the elements making up the Game, including these regulations, is strictly prohibited.
All brands, logos, texts, images, videos and other distinctive signs reproduced on the site as well as on the sites to which it allows access via hypertext links, are the exclusive property of their owners and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code for the entire world. Their unauthorized reproduction constitutes an infringement punishable by criminal sanctions.
Article 12: Liability
Participation in the Game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet network, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, risks of interruption, risks linked to the connection, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network. Le Petit Lunetier cannot be held responsible, in particular, for malfunctions that may affect the Internet network, social networks, for any configuration problem or related to a given browser.
Le Petit Lunetier does not guarantee that the website from which the Game is accessible operates without interruption, that it does not contain computer errors or defects. Le Petit Lunetier cannot be held liable on this basis. It cannot be held responsible for technical malfunctions of the Game, if participants are unable to connect to the Game site, the social network or to play, if the data relating to registration is not received for any reason. of any nature not attributable to Le Petit Lunetier, would arrive illegible or impossible to process or in the event of problems with the delivery of electronic mail. Participants will not be able to claim any compensation in this respect.
Participation in the Game is the sole responsibility of the participants. Le Petit Lunetier cannot be held responsible for any damage, material or immaterial, caused in particular to participants, computer equipment and the data stored there, or any direct or indirect consequences that may arise, in particular from their personal, professional or commercial activity. Le Petit Lunetier cannot incur any liability if, in the event of force majeure, it were required to cancel this Game, shorten it, extend it, postpone it or modify its conditions. In all cases, it reserves the right to extend the participation period. These changes will, however, be subject to prior information by all appropriate means.
Le Petit Lunetier cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, theft, damage to mail, lack of legibility of stamps due to postal services. It cannot be held responsible either and no recourse can be taken against it in the event of the occurrence of events presenting the characteristics of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.), fortuitous events or acts of a third party, depriving in particular partially or totally the participants of the possibility of participating in the Game and/or the winners of the benefit of their winnings.
Le Petit Lunetier and its service providers and partners cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any incidents that may occur in the use of the winnings by the beneficiary participants or their companions once the winners have taken possession of them. Le Petit Lunetier cannot therefore be held responsible for any damage occurring during the trip or reservation, the winner having to communicate directly with the carriers or travel agencies through which the reservations were made. In any event, if any liability were to be incurred by Le Petit Lunetier, the latter could not exceed the value of a lot.
Likewise, Le Petit Lunetier, as well as its service providers and partners, cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of prizes by beneficiaries once the winners have taken possession of them. Any additional cost necessary to take possession of the prizes is the entire responsibility of the winners without them being able to request any compensation from Le Petit Lunetier, nor from the service providers or partners. Le Petit Lunetier cannot be held responsible for any incapacity which prevents the winners from benefiting from the prize or from traveling, particularly abroad, including irregularities in their documents or travel formalities.
Generally speaking, Le Petit Lunetier cannot be held responsible for the actions or behavior of participants, winners or their companions.
Article 13: Dispute & Complaint
These regulations are governed by French law.
Le Petit Lunetier reserves the right to resolve without appeal any difficulty that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these regulations, it being understood that no dispute will be admitted in particular on the terms of the Game, on the results, on the winnings or their receipt, one month after the end of the Game. Any complaint must be sent within the month following the end date of the Game to Le Petit Lunetier. After this date, no complaints will be accepted. Except in the case of obvious errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from Le Petit Lunetier's gaming systems has probative force in any dispute regarding the connection elements and the computer processing of said information relating to the Game.
By express agreement between the participant and Le Petit Lunetier, only the computer systems and files of Le Petit Lunetier will be authentic.
It is therefore agreed that, barring manifest error, Le Petit Lunetier may rely, in particular for the purposes of proof of any act, fact or omission, of programs, data, files, recordings, operations and other elements (such as reports of followed or other states) of nature or in computer or electronic format or support, established, received or stored directly or indirectly by Le Petit Lunetier.
Article 14: Applicable law
These regulations are subject to French law. In the event of persistent disagreement over the application of these regulations, the dispute will be subject to the sovereign assessment of the competent French courts.
The original French version of these regulations may have been translated into other languages. The translation is carried out for your information. Indeed, in the event of a dispute over the content or interpretation of these regulations or in the event of inconsistency or divergence between the French version and any other foreign language version thereof, it is the French version. which will prevail. The French version is available on our website (by selecting the French language) or can be sent to you on request by email.
If one of the provisions of these regulations is invalidated, you will still be subject to the other provisions of these regulations. In such a case, the invalidated provision will nevertheless be applied to the extent that the law permits, taking into account the content and objective of this regulation.
